"You had millions join with you in this moment,           and you created a new              dawn upon your planet."       St Germain

Ashtar speaking on January 27, 2007:

"..Now we will give you a bit of history/herstory on the founding of this country.  It is important for you to have this background, so that you will understand the importance of the one who stands with me, who is going to come and speak in this gathering. 

"Way back when there was a King George on the throne of the country that thought it owned the colonies, that became the united States of America.  There were those who spoke treason, because they knew they were on mission, so they spoke out eloquently and passionately, pointing out to the people that there were higher laws than those imposed by King George, that freedom was the birthright of all.

"They were leaders, and they spoke Truth, and some were punished for it, but people started listening, and at the same time people were feeling heavily burdened by all of the different kinds of rules that this government across the sea, headed by King George, had imposed upon them.

"They came here to be free, but between the laws of King George, and oh, the laws of the churches, and of course there were bankers, and there was a little bit of corruption here and there, things weren't working quite as well as they wanted.

"And it seemed to be getting worse, and so finally a group of them got together and debated and debated.  And there was this document that was written, a declaration, wherein all of the abuses that King George had brought forth were delineated, wherein there was a beginning paragraph, that  speaks directly to the hearts of all.

"And then there was debate, there was fear.  If we sign this, "shreeeeeew!" (giving the sign for slitting throats), we may not survive this.  We may lose everything we have, our families, we're putting them in danger, our lives, our fortunes, our sacred honor, because you know, we don't want to lose.

"Well, as this debate was going on, a being who seemed larger than life stormed into that room, banged the big heavy doors shut, and spoke to them, and told them in a manner of speaking. 

"We shall not give the details; it is not necessary; it was quite dramatic.  He basically told them this was their mission, and that they would not leave that hall until they had signed the Declaration of Independence.

"And that one who came forth was the one known now as St. Germain.  He had served in other bodies in other lifetimes, as St. Germain.  He was already an Ascended Master.  It is St. Germain who uses the violet ray of transformation.

"It is St. Germain who has the background in the banking business, has had that background in the lifetimes that he has lived.  It is St. Germain who gave the World compound interest as a way for those who had little or no money to become wealthier.

"It is not his intent that the bankers would turn around and use it in the abusive and usurious ways that they have done.  Oh, he might have foreseen it, but all of that is about to end.

"Be it known for all time that it was St. Germain and Lady Liberty, represented by the beautiful statue in your harbor, given to you by the people of France.  (Who have some pretty good ideas about Liberty themselves.   That, by the way is why they get such bad press.)

"It was St. Germain who provided the inspiration for the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and by the way there's another one.  It will come forth.  It gives even more freedoms than the one that sits in the museum setting. 

"And so it is that St. Germain is with those beings in Washington D.C., and as the light workers of the world have been asked to do, St. Germain is here to lead this beloved family.  And make no mistake the empowerment of what you do here shall be multiplied exponentially to benefit the world that so desires Peace. 

"And so I shall move aside to enable St. Germain to speak some words with you.  It is in the form of an affirmation.  He will lead it, and just so that you know what shall happen, when he begins the affirmation, you will say it a few words at a time, and ask that you repeat it, if you feel so inclined.

"It is the joining of all of our energies here, which shall make it doable, and possible for its highest success.  And so it is.  And so I shall move aside, and we shall have St Germain speak with us.

St.Germain:

"Greetings bearers of Truth, bringers of Light, and bringers of Love to this Planet.  Thank you for being here, and for your willingness to participate in this most important of events.  For it will benefit not only your country, but all living beings upon Planet Earth.  It shall be a step forward.

"Peace is the outcome of all of those who join in spirit whether in physicality or not, makes no difference.  This is the biggest Peace March to take place yet upon your Planet.  And what makes it so different is that it is a speaking for Peace from the heart. 

"It is not about War, it is about Love.  It is about those who recognize that there is a better way to claim, and to enjoy Peace, and all of the benefits that it brings.  It is about balancing the feminine energies with the masculine.  It is about Lady Liberty coming forth, and being even brighter in Her flame.   That is what this is about. 

"And so if you feel so inclined, I shall invite you to repeat this affirmation for Peace, not only in your country, but for the entire Planet Earth, and the  Universe beyond:

"Well done!  Well done, Beloveds!  Do you feel the energy of Peace?  Do you understand and know in your hearts that Peace is more powerful, and is for all, much more so than any, any creation that is not of Peace; removed from the empowerment of anger at war, and all war-like actions, to a higher level of Peace, that evolves from Love.  This is most significant.

"This moment where you gave so freely of your energies, and of your heart, shines, because you moved, you moved others into the energies of Love, and into the feelings of the empowerment of Peace, not just the calmness that we're talking about, the high vibrations of Peace.  You encircled the world with it.  You had millions join with you in this moment, and you created a new dawn upon your planet.  Look and see.

"See Lady Liberty however you envision Her, and see that she shines even brighter.  And know that it is you, and the energies that you gave so lovingly, and in such an empowered way that have enabled her own further empowerment.  Well done, Beloved Ones, well done.  And we thank you on behalf of, not only planet Earth, but the Universe and all beyond.

"You are loved, and on this day you have taken on yet another glorious shining color in your beings, indescribable, perhaps most recognizable as of the violet family.  Thank you.  We all thank you.  There is another one who would speak.  And so I shall leave from the speaker's space upon the stage, but I AM with you.

" I AM with your country.  I AM with all who serve your country, whether they understand the Truth or not.  I AM with them.  I welcome those, who in the struggles of the day, leave their bodies upon the battle fields, and an entire host of Angels welcome all, whether they come in uniforms, or they are the beloved Spirits of the very, very young children, or the old ones, or whomever. 

"Be rest assured that all those who fill their contracts in the interests of  showing the world that it needs to come to Peace and give up war.  Be assured that they are welcomed, and greeted with celebration, and given honor for having the courage to fulfill their missions.  And it is that courage that shines forth brightly now, as you look up at the stars, they're even brighter, because these ones are there now.

"They were here with us.  They continue to be.   They shine their Lights of Love, because they are in a place now where all truth is known, and where there is for them, and for all who are there, only Peace, the Peace that passeth all understanding, the Peace of Love.  And this Beloved Ones is what you have facilitated in bringing home to planet Earth in this moment.  And so we salute you and we say thank you."
